Gloves are the gardening tools that I use most often. And I go through a lot of them. (See my article, Nail Tips.) I just bought 5 pair of garden gloves at Costco for $15.99. This is not an advertisement for Costco. Well, not on purpose anyway.
The gloves come in a one-size-fits-most, five-pair pack:
One pair of full leather goatskin gloves
One pair of synthetic leather gloves
One pair of dotted nitrile-coated, nylon-shell gloves
Two latex-coated, jersey-shell gloves
I have large hands, so they fit my hands almost perfectly.
If you have small hands they may be a bit roomy.
Except for the goatskin gloves, all the other gloves smell kind of funky when you first take them out of the package. I assume this will dissipate with air and time.
My seven-year-old son says the dotted nitrile gloves look like frogs.
The company that makes these gloves is Wells Lamont.
They’re made in China.
And they’re a great deal.
My ten year old makes a good model.
