I'm back.
But I was there. I was really, really there. I was in the Lost City of the Incas Machu Picchu.
It seems like a distant dream now, partially because I'm lying in bed with the flu. A present from some tourist on the plane ride home.
This was my first visit to Machu Picchu, one of the new seven wonders of the world. And my first long trip away from my family.
More later, when I can breathe through my nose again.

Sorry to hear about the flu, but hope you had a great time. Love that photo.

Wow, that's one place I hope to visit myself. Great pic and how lovely for you to have been there. Did you get a touch of Montezuma's revenge? ;-)

Cool! I'd really love to see that one day. I've seen two of the other new wonders though: the Great Wall and the Colesseum.
Bummer about the flu, but at least it didn't hit while you were traveling.

Hey Chigiy it looks as if you are having a great time. You will have to tell me all about it some day. You should go and see the Mayan ruins in Honduras some time, they may not be quit as spectacular as Machu Pichu but they are interesting in their own way.
