Gorgeous. I've never grown azaleas. I wonder if they'll even grow here?

Aiyana

Very pretty. We can't grow thses here--soil to alkaline. I saw some gorgeous, huge Azaleas in Penn. one year when I was there on business and always wanted some.

Those look great! I have two I threw in the ground at the last minute last fall, and it looks like they have made it..!

Aww, looking at this azalea made me a little sad. We had some at our old house and they always bloomed in the third week of April, right around my daughter's birthday. I didn't realize how much one could miss a silly little plant!

I live in the Usa city in Japan. My garden also has a lot of azaleas. We are calling the azalea. It likes acid soil. The azalea in your garden and the azalea in my garden almost look the same. Please look at my blog.

Kalyn,
Azaleas like shade and filtered sun, acidic soil and water.

Aiyana,
It's a trade off for your lovely warm weather.

Muum,
Good job. I hope they make it.

Anne,
Thanks for visiting all the way from Japan.
