It was, of course, Keeyla Meadow’s garden—Habitat Dance with a Red-Headed Snake.
She’s always my favorite garden designer. Her gardens have a great sense of humor and a sense of whimsy. She not only designs a garden, but she creates the beautiful sculptures and plant containers, too.
I was hoping to run into Keeyla at the show because I wanted to get a signed copy of her new book Fearless Color Gardens.
I met her once before, but sort of stammered around like some sort of freak, so I’m guessing she probably saw me hanging around her demo garden and ran the other direction clutching her book to her chest.
Enjoy these pictures of Keeyla Meadow’s lovely demo garden.
Oooooh, I love this garden! Today I actually worked in my garden for the very first time, trimmed some herbs and did a (tiny) bit of weeding! Finally getting warm here.

Hi Kalyn,
Don't you love this time of year. Everything is just starting and the weather is getting warmer. Yeah.

Wow! Can't remember the last time I saw a garden as beautiful as this one. I like the blending of the colors and how they are arranged. Thanks for sharing this.
